1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with your service within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first paid subscription with IPTV UK.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Contact us within 30 days of your order via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp;
2. Let us know the email address or order details used when subscribing;
3. We'll confirm eligibility and process the refund to your original payment method.

3. Processing Time

Refunds are typically confirmed within 1–2 business days of your request. Depending on your payment method (card, bank transfer, or crypto), it may take your bank or provider a few additional days to show the refunded amount.

4. After 30 Days

Refund requests made after the initial 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis — for example if the service experiences a significant, ongoing outage. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

5. Renewals

Subscriptions do not renew automatically (see our Terms of Service), so a renewal only happens when you place a new order. The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription; renewal orders are handled on the same case-by-case basis as described in Section 4.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of suspected abuse of this policy — for example, repeated trial-then-refund requests, or a subscription used in violation of our Terms of Service.

7. Free Trials

Free trials are provided at no cost, so this refund policy applies to paid subscriptions only. If you're unsure whether the service will work for you, request a free trial before subscribing.
