Privacy Policy

What information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Last updated: 5 August 2026

This page is a general-purpose starting template, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer — in particular around UK GDPR/data protection obligations specific to your business. Review and adapt it with legal counsel before relying on it in production.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when you:

  • Submit a free trial request (name, email, country, WhatsApp number, device type, optional notes);
  • Place an order (the above, plus your chosen plan, payment method preference and optional coupon code);
  • Contact us through the contact form (name, email, subject, message);
  • Browse the site — basic technical data such as IP address (used for rate limiting and abuse prevention) and, if you accept cookies, analytics identifiers.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfil free trial requests and orders, and to contact you about them (by email and WhatsApp);
  • To respond to support and contact form enquiries;
  • To maintain the security of the Service, including rate limiting and spam/abuse prevention;
  • Where You've consented via our cookie banner, to understand site usage through analytics and, if enabled, to measure marketing performance.

3. Cookies and Consent

We use a first-party cookie to remember your cookie consent choice. Analytics and advertising scripts (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) only run if you accept them, and are implemented using Google's Consent Mode so that analytics/advertising storage defaults to denied until you actively opt in. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies and reloading the site.

4. Third Parties We Share Data With

We share data only where necessary to operate the Service: our SMTP email provider (to send trial/order confirmations and notifications), and — only if you've consented — the analytics/advertising providers listed above. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Data Retention

Trial request, order and contact submissions are retained for as long as needed to provide support and meet reasonable business record-keeping needs, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Rate-limiting data is held only briefly (minutes) and is not linked to your identity beyond your IP address.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

7. International Transfers

Depending on where our hosting and email infrastructure providers operate, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Where this happens, we rely on those providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfer.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

10. Contact
