Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use IPTV UK and subscribe to our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IPTV UK (“the Service”), including this website and any IPTV subscription purchased through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

IPTV UK provides a paid IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) subscription service, giving access to a package of live television channels and related content delivered over the internet, along with a free trial option, setup guidance, and customer support.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscription plans, durations and prices are listed on our Pricing page and each individual plan page.
  • Orders are confirmed once payment is received and verified by our team; you will receive a confirmation email and, where applicable, follow-up contact over WhatsApp.
  • Subscriptions do not renew automatically — you choose when and whether to renew, and we will not charge you again without a new order.
  • Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated and may change for future orders; changes do not affect an already-active subscription.

4. Free Trial

Free trial requests are manually reviewed before activation. Typical delivery time is between 30 minutes and 7 hours, though this is not a guaranteed turnaround. A free trial is limited to one per customer/household and is provided at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or sub-license your subscription credentials to third parties;
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical or connection limits associated with your plan;
  • Use the Service in any way that is unlawful in your jurisdiction; or
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to our systems.

6. Your Responsibility Regarding Local Law

Broadcasting and content-licensing regulations vary by country. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws applicable to you in your location. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice about the legality of IPTV services in any specific jurisdiction.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Channel availability, quality and line-up can change due to factors outside our control, including upstream content sourcing and third-party infrastructure.

8. Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by our separate Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPTV UK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
